  This review is for the Prada Beauty store within Bloomingdale’s. I purchased a Prada perfume online for in-store pick up through the Bloomingdale’s website. As expected, Bloomingdale’s just threw the perfume box inside a little brown bag even though I indicated that the purchase was a gift. As this was a birthday gift, I walked over to the Prada Beauty store to see if they have a nicer bag to hold the gift. I was luckily met with Renee and Ella. Both did not skip a beat and started to help me with the wrapping of the gift. They also explained that Prada beauty and Bloomingdale’s operate separately; it’s best to purchase directly from the beauty store. Thank you both for helping me with the gift wrap and I cannot wait to come back for the lipstick set!

  I took my friend here to get her something to celebrate a life transition. The staff was soooo cool. They were attentive but very laid back - which is the exact vibe I love when shopping. My friend is really indecisive and they were so patient. I really appreciated it. I ended up getting something for myself too (even though I was convinced I wouldn't.) They're charming.

  Prada would not be OK with the unprofessional customer service at the Bloomindales location. Dealt with two different salespeople - both forgot to ship what I purchased (for multiple days) and neither replied to texts and calls inquiring where my item was when it didn't arrive. Followed up on day three to find the purse still hadn't been shipped out...and am still waiting for tracking information. The manager's response: "Sorry - these things happen." Much better to go up the street to a true Prada store, where longstanding customers are valued.
