I would rate the Men and Women store separately as my experience was completely contrary between the two.
Men’s Store - 5 Stars
I walked in to see the new collection, without any specific items in mind to purchase. Clarissa quickly introduced herself and was our assigned SA. She was never pushy, but provided knowledgeable and relevant information on the products I was interested in (a few handbags), I was struck with one in particular which she managed to tell me a bit of back story on (Runway collection, type of leather, exclusivity etc.) I needed to think on it a bit and she made sure my to take my contact information and shared hers. After a few hours, I contacted her and bought the bag - her service was a deciding factor here!
Women’s store - zero star
Horrible client service, we stood around for about 5 minutes when 3 SA’s were leaned against the fixtures on their phones. When someone finally approached us and asked my least favorite question “what are you looking for?” In which I annoyingly responded with “we want to browse around”. Then I noticed a bag similar to the one I liked from the Men’s store and asked a few questions, one of which was if the bag is available in black; the SA searched on his phone and said there was one and proceeded to look for it throughout the store. We continued to browse, another SA approached us and we asked to go upstairs and he rudely said “it’s a one on one service so you need to wait for your SA to return”, I’m sorry but we weren’t allowed to browse the other sections which our SA went to look for a bag (he was gone for 10 minutes by then). When our SA finally returned he said they couldn’t find the black bag - a few minutes later someone walked down with it when it was located. This same SA did not provide much information and all my questions were unanswered as he seemed quite puzzled. Needless to say, we walked right out.
The opposite level of professionalism and service are quite jarring, the inconsistency tells me the team are not working towards the same goal, a simple goal of building connection and communication. If I were to make any future purchases from Prada, Clarissa will be the SA I would certainly return to.

A young girl, I am mentoring wanted to go to New York. She loves fashion and was excited to go into Prada on Fifth Avenue. We were greeted with professionalism and kindness Two different gentlemen answered our questions with genuine interest in providing us with detailed information. They are proud of the product and mentioned that the CEO was a remarkable woman.
If you have the deep pockets, shop here!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went in the store today with a friend of mine to try on a pair of sneakers for sizing (& a potential buy). We were greeted by a male sales associate, but he was instantly cut off by another sales associate by the name of Bonnie. Bonnie was extremely rude & nasty when she heard I wanted to try on footwear for sizing & it was an instant turn off! After reading other reviews, I see this is how sales associates treat customers which is sad because you deter people from shopping there, thus losing sales. You would think that the sales associates would have better attitudes, esp if this is a commission based role!
Extremely rude customer service. I went into the store on 5th Ave. was approached by a SA. I initially asked about their jackets and how to clean them - any tips since they stain so easily. Not very responsive and then shooed me out of the store. I was there to purchase items but was so shocked with how she was acting that I just left in disbelief. I have never been treated that way. Appalling. Assuming they make commission on each sale? Idiotic to treat customers that way. You should take a training lesson from Saint Laurent and Celine.
