  Small, well orrlganized, not a long wait on weekday evening during visit, security guard very courteous. Just limited selection because of Small space.

  Pray that you never have to make a return. Online orders cost $10 to return via post and free in store. That wouldn't be bad if the line was not five miles long once you arrive to the store. I understand that prices can be kept low by not hiring store staff but this is such a frustrating business practice. I used to enjoy getting Nordstrom Rack gift cards but I will only purchase items I know I for sure will not need to return in the future. And I'd never step foot in the store to shop and wait on a line as long as the one I saw yesterday.

  Over the years I’ve got a few things here and there from Nordstrom Rack, and it’s been fine. Today I walked in to buy a pair of sunglasses I saw the other day and kept thinking about it. I found them, and decided to take a look at other ones in a locked case. I waited, politely, as the store collaborator helped another customer. Once she was done, and collected the sunglasses into the box she was rearranging, I asked her “Could you please unlock this case for me?”, to which, without even looking at me she responded in the driest possible tone “It’ll be a minute!”, and turned her back to me. I think it is fantastic, because that really gave me the perspective that I don’t need (and mostly, now I don’t want) another pair of sunglasses. I’d give a 5 star review, had she yelled at me, thus making sure I would never again step foot on a Nordstrom store again, saving me more money. Oh, what a day! Nothing like being passively chastised by a customer service agent! Thank you, tall white lady, with greying hair and glasses! Your help, today, was not I what wanted, but what I needed!
