The store is neatly kept and when one enters, one is welcomed with consistency and politeness. It’s also very convenient to have items from Nordstrom picked up there in case returns or alterations are required, which saves a lot of time. Every visit is pleasant and efficient and the clerks are patient in giving the best advice, the correct information particularly Marcy and Justin (blond curls). However, a special mention goes out to Jesse; he really goes above and beyond in customer service and satisfaction. New York city is a tough town, kindness and care can be rare at times, so to see a genuinely diligent and empathetic response to customer needs and/or requests for help is worthy of praise and continued loyalty to location and company. He truly makes the shop shine and bolsters Nordstrom’s reputation.
