Intentionally far from traditional aesthetic imagery, Miu Miu illustrates the most rebellious and seductive core of contemporary femininity. A workshop of new design expressions that play with the kaleidoscopic nature of fashion, where experimentation is the expressive playground for spontaneous creativity. Miu Miu combines a naïf and sophisticatedly raw elegance with a youthful, maverick and carefree soul.

Had the absolute best experience here. My mom and I work with Peter who made the experience 10/10! He is so knowledgeable about the product and also so kind. We had so much fun together. We will be back to shop with him soon and I recommend if you shop at this location to go see Peter!!!

i literally had the worst, yet NO customer service here. i believe they judge and serve people by how they look or they were just lazy. my friend and i look relatively young and was just in my casual wear so i walked in with no greeting other than the doorman, he was sweet. i wanted to buy glasses on my last day in NY, i was able to look at them and tried but this lady gave me the weirdest tone. of course i took my time and tried on two different colors of the monogram glasses, another sales worker with glasses said “will you guys actually be buying anything because we technically can’t let these be tampered.” i don’t know what she meant, are we not allowed to try on? i was being gentle too.. trust me i can pay. and i did. the cherry on top was when the lady just handed me the bag without even looking at me or say have a nice day?? i had to leave to the airport right around 5:00pm, i checked my purchase at home and it was not the gold logo i asked for, i got the silver..

I really never do this unless the service was extremely poor, not to mention we live in a world where everyone is quick to leave a negative review so why not. I must say, my experience yesterday with the employee (African American young man, if I knew his name I wouldn’t have to make it about race) was unacceptable! I came in there to spend money and I felt like I was a bother to him. He was so disengaged and didn’t really make me feel like he wanted to help me. He had the most unpleasant energy, no smile, and didn’t share any knowledge about the collection nor did he offer any water. I asked him for a color of a specific shoe and he “accidentally brought out the wrong color”. As he was dreadfully taking the stuffing out the shoe, I had to walk up to him to get the shoe. Overall the experience was horrible!! There were many people in there who were wasting time and taking up space and I wanted to actually purchase some shoes. Standing in a line to waste someone’s time is not what I’m about nor do I have time to do so…. AND in the crowds in Soho on a Saturday, no thank you! Highlight of my visit was the security guard working on Saturday!! He was amazing! Suggestive selling and had an amazing personality!! In my opinion, give him a job !!! Dude do better! You are probably the first one to complain about service when you experience an ounce of bad service. Treat people how to be treated!! Spend your money online or elsewhere!!

Today, I went to the Miu Miu store in Soho to pick up a bag I had sent for repair. The service attitude of the staff there left me extremely disappointed. The sales who received us was extremely cold and showed no enthusiasm at all, and even had a discriminatory attitude. What was even more infuriating was that I saw this employee's attitude change completely towards other customers with higher spending power before we left, becoming overly attentive and enthusiastic. Such blatant double standards and poor service are completely unacceptable for a luxury brand.

Customer service is lacking at this location. I made a visit to this location on Wednesday March 18, 2026. There were about four other clients in the store when I arrived. After clients left, I was the only customer there. There were now three free SAs who decided to hurdle in a circle and chat amongst each other while ignoring me. An Asian man pointed in my direction telling the blonde woman to help me. She shook her head as if she was declining his suggestion to assist me, then that same Asian man decided to help me. What is the issue with simply pulling a size for two items for someone? Did the blonde woman not feel like assisting or did she think I wasn't going to spend any money? The two stars is for security at the door.
