I tried on a shirt and kindly popped my head out to ask if a different size was stocked. I was told that I “could” leave the changing room and check myself for the other size - so I had to leave my cubical midway through trying clothes on. The staff then proceeded to laugh about it and how it’s gotten to that point of asking customers to do it themselves.

I live in the neighborhood, I have come here multiple times only to be continuously ignored or not greeted by the sales staff, and then watch them great other clients. Today however was egregious. I went in to shop their accessory sale and was followed so relentlessly by security, I had to leave. Many other women were in the jewelry section and were left to shop freely, I went to look at a pair of earrings and had security on my heels watching me in the mirror and following me around. I left without purchasing. I will never shop at this store again. The treatment I received was abhorrent.
