  These days they should hire nice girls, really nice, not unpleasant like the one I had a bad experience with today. I asked her if she could help me, I made a face, she helped me with my sandals, but she looked at me horribly, like I was full of hatred. A skinny, long-haired Indian woman. Very arrogant. I always go there and spend a lot of money, only to have an employee with her bad temper come and help me in such a bad way. If that's how she acts at work, what must she be like at home?

  came there as. a younger ethnic woman and the minute i stepped in the store the energy was off— like idk, felt really judged and unwelcomed but still got cute things

  If you are a person of color don’t even try and shop here. Of course I was not greeted yet any non person of color who came in after me was not only greeted by security but by the cashier as well. As soon as I started shopping security moved from his position at the door to observe what I was doing oh and to make this more embarrassing the security is a visibly black man. Horrible customer service horrible store all around. I didn’t even walk in there with a bag just my wallet in my hand so I was overly confused.

  I If I can give zero star to the service I would do not attempt to buy anything from their website. I’ve never been more upset and frustrated with a service for a luxury brand. No wonder they are stock is 50% down to aloe and all the other brands, they are terrible atrocious they customer service is beyond my wildest dream how terrible it is they lost my package and now I am stuck with keep calling them. It’s been 10 days with no resolution.
