  I purchased an item on 3/8 and I went to return the item on 3/9. I was told that I couldn’t because it was final sale. I was not told at the point of purchase of the item was final sale nor was it marked on the receipt with a discount. When the sales representative looked at the item, he noticed that didn’t have a final sales sticker on it, But insisted that I could not return. I asked if there was anyone else to speak with bjy he said no I asked for his name and he refused but he gave their customer service number. The customer service agent accepted the return and gave me a $30 credit in addition. He was very argumentative and did not seem open to resolving, even though the item was not marked sale.

  I had my worst experience in this store. I purchased a coat and a bag online this black Friday and both of them have problems: 1) the coat came wrinkled and the tag showed $20 less than the price I paid; 2) the bag came with security tag on. However, when I stopped by the store, the client told me both situations were "normal" like my time worse nothing, and whenI try to make a relacement of the coat, they returned my item but not telling me n that I must physically bring my original credit card, so I might have lost my $75 with the credit card company. Their arrogant attitude made me doubt the overall service quality of Lululemon, very diappointed and hope to give everyone a head up.

  The cashier (ID #99994000204670) clearly forgot she’s in a customer-facing role. She was rude to both me and the group ahead of me, being dismissive and acting as if basic questions were a bother. Everyone has off days, but if you choose to work in retail, you owe customers at least minimal respect. Her attitude was unprofessional and embarrassing for the brand. Store manager should address this because she is ruining the reputation of your store.
