VAYAN A CUALQUIER SUCURSAL MENOS A ESTA, UN DESASTRE. Te atienden PÉSIMO es poco. Gastas una fortuna y no te ofrecen ni un vaso de agua.
Compré una billetera la cual me la grabaron chueca y una cartera, me pidieron que vuelva al otro día a las 12 a buscarlo. Nada estaba hecho, tuve que esperar una hora en la tienda donde nuevamente no me ofrecieron ni un vaso de agua para tomar. Pésima experiencia. Pésima atención, lejísimos de estar a la altura de una supuesta tienda de lujo.

I work in the Hudson Yards area, frequently stop into shops like LV and Dior to try their fragrances. This store, amongst other high end contenders like Bvlgari (whom don't carry any of their fragrances), Dior (whom only recently began to carry testers for their private collection), and Cartier, seems to carry the widest selection of fragrances directly from the source. You're not going to be disappointed if you come to this location with that in mind. The sales representatives are some of the most professional and courteous people in the entire mall, especially as it pertains to the first floor shops. The air of opulence and prestige genuinely carries over into this boutique experience.
I came here to return two Murakami items, one because I disliked it the other too small. The CA returned them on one transaction without giving the tax back. I later realized this when I got home. It’s been two weeks since notifying LV’s customer service line and their response was always “we have to reach out to the store and we will notify you of the outcome within 24-48 hours”, and the last call (which was 2 days ago) being “we bumped this up to a manager level and you should receive a response within 24 hours”. Until this day, I have received nothing and I am too far from that store to go in person and resolve this. This is unacceptable from a luxury brand and never would I have thought this mistake could have happened which is why I didn’t question it in store. One would assume everything would be correct especially if I’m a client with a large purchase history!
I had an excellent experience at the Louis Vuitton store at Hudson Yards. The team was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional from the moment I walked in. I came in for a fragrance refill and they handled everything quickly and efficiently while making the entire process feel effortless.
The staff were courteous, welcoming, and clearly care about providing great service. It’s always refreshing to see a luxury store deliver not just a great product, but a great customer experience as well. Thank you to the team at Hudson Yards for making the visit so smooth and enjoyable.
Zero customer service, two female employees busy in talks on Sunday morning 15th February right in front of us. We need assistance in fragrances but they completely ignored us.
