  I will never go to this store again because the employees here may not be all, but scammers, I went to buy two LV Imagination perfumes, I splashed on myself from a bottle that was on the table for a sample and this smell remained on my clothes for 3 days and after the purchase I gave my father one bottle of 100 ml and myself another one I despise and the smell does not remain even for 5 hours, it feels like I bought a copy and not the original, it's very offensive that such a well-known company and such fraudulent schemes are in their stores

  I always have a fantastic experience here even with a lower LV purchase history! My last visit (4/3/26) was no exception. I was assigned a Client Advisor the second I walked in and while the store was super busy, he made time for me and didn't make the shopping process overwhelming. While I initially came in to see the exclusive New York City-themed small leather goods collection (didn't end up buying as it was holiday themed), I asked my CA (Takashi) if he knew if there were any pieces from the Murakami 20th anniversary collection still available in store. Lo and behold, he pulled out the Pochette Accessoires, which is the piece I wanted! Everyone at this store was super friendly and helpful - exactly what a flagship store experience should be. I prefer shopping here over my hometown LV. The only drawback is the turnaround time for passport stamping - On another recent visit, I was only in the city for a day, and the turnaround to get my passport hot stamped with the NYC design was 48 hours.

  What a beautiful store that goes up and up and up! There are multiple floors for you to shop to your delight! I've been working with Faradja for a while now- she's fun to shop with and extremely professional and great with communication. She's made my shopping experience at LV seamless and has always helped me get the items I am looking for to complete my obsession. Love working with her! If you haven't made it up to this beautiful store, I highly recommend! It's also great to pair a shopping date here with a reservation at the LV cafe upstairs!

  I recently visited the Louis Vuitton 57th Street location and was genuinely impressed by how well the store is managed. Staff are positioned strategically, which adds to the sense that the space is both well-run and closely monitored. Security is clearly a priority, but it’s handled in a way that doesn’t feel intrusive—just reassuring. You can shop comfortably knowing the environment is controlled and professional. What stood out most was the cleanliness and attention to detail. Every display, surface, and product presentation felt polished and intentional, which really matches the luxury standard you expect from a brand like Louis Vuitton.
