  A saleswoman told me that the price of the gift box was $100, so I decided to buy it. But when the other sales person appeared with the terminal mobile CC reader, like in a hurry, told me that the final price was almost $170 when I already put my Cc to be read by the machine. I felt they set a tramp. Shame on them!!!

  Love the holiday market here. The decoration was really cute. Feels like bring Sicilia to Fifth Ave. People inside were also very nice and helpful.

  Update: I went back to the store 2 days after the incident, I talked to the manager, who was truly polite, friendly and understanding. He apologized for the security guy's behavior, and the early closing, and he told me, he'll make sure it won't happen again to anyone. I got the items I needed earlier, and he surprised me with a little gift. I was 100% satisfied, and I left with trust for the future. He was absolutely professional. I arrived to the store at 5:49pm, which supposed to be open until 6pm. The security guy was extremely disrespectful, he yelled at me "we are closed "!!! When I asked him why, it's not even 6pm, he just kept saying over and over, WE ARE CLOSED!!! It was very humiliating. I'm so disappointed. I went for a specific gift to give the next day morning. I just left without the item, without a gift.
