The kerning / spacing was terribly stamped (the C letter) I reached out to the store manager, Sherise, was adamant that is the quality of their stamping. The hot stamping quality and customer care at Soho Longchamp is non-existent. I left the store in tears and was told to call Customer Care. Do not go here if you value your Longchamp, please go to Longchamp on 5th Ave instead. They are much keen on detail and actually care.

Rece informed me that they can take my information down and call me when they receive the bag. I was surprised to receive a follow up call letting me know that Rece had my bag on hold. I-chieh followed up so I can purchase the item and they shipped the item to my home state. Both were super helpful and I appreciated the follow up. This was a bag they could have easily sold in store. I am grateful that they followed up to ensure I got the bag I wanted. Thank you very much Rece and I-chieh!
