Went to the store on Saturday and had a really bad experience. Waited for 30min to get the attention of the staff. As I already knew what i wanted, i just needed someone to get a bag from the back for me, but no one would be available to help me. The rest of the people in the store were being pleased. Apparently, the rich white people that would come to the store (after me, mind you!!) were the priority of the staff. I’m not sure if i wasn’t dressed as someone who consumes the brand of whatever, not my problem, honestly. I love my new bag, but won’t be coming back anytime shortly.

Bag’s prices aren’t well indicated or accessible and the staff gives just estimation of price. So complicated to shop… too bad for you.

Don’t drop a bag off for repair - goes into a black hole. Dropped a bag off for repair over 8 weeks ago. Was told it would come back in 6-8 weeks. 8 weeks passed and I heard nothing. Called the store and the associate rudely informed me the Paris repair shop was on holiday and to expect a delay; no ETA. Called back two weeks later and couldn’t even reach an associate.
The delay on a free repair isn’t the problem- it’s the inability to get any sense of where my bag is. At this point I’m convinced Longchamp has essentially stolen my bag and I’ll never see it again.
