  This Longchamp location has such sentimental significance as I first visited 10 years ago and purchased a Le Pliage tote in Navy with my sister. Since I wanted a new bag, I visited this store on Thursday 12th, my last day of a brief trip and had an absolutely phenomenal experience thanks to Ousmane Sene- Store Manager and Jarisbel Diaz- Sale Associate. They made my time at the store extremely comfortable and I was able to get exactly what I wanted- a beautiful new Le Pliage tote in Cognac. Will not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone visiting NYC and would like to acquire a piece from this heritage brand.

  This Longchamp boutique is my go-to in the city. The staff here are always welcoming and friendly—such a refreshing contrast to the flagship on 5th Ave. My sales associate, Alana, is amazing: she’s patient, attentive, and always helps me find the perfect bag. She even took the time to clean my leather bag and tied a beautiful bow with the silk scarf. What impressed me most is that she remembered my name—a rare and thoughtful touch. Truly a 100% experience every time!

  I visited this Longchamp store on a rainy day to purchase a birthday gift for my husband. Melissa was extremely friendly and welcoming. Since it was raining, she even thoughtfully wrapped the gift with extra bags and paper to make sure it stayed perfectly dry and protected. I really appreciated her kindness and attention to detail. I had a wonderful experience here!

  DO NOT SHOP HERE. You’re better off buying online or from other Longchamp branches. I received a bag from this store as a birthday gift from my friend. I wasn’t happy with the size, so I went to exchange it within 5 days of purchase (I was busy earlier). They refused to exchange it, claiming it was “smelly” and “used.” Yes, I had opened the bag to see how it looked, but I never used it. I simply didn’t put it back into its ziplock bag just kept it inside the Long champ paper bag so there might have been a little dust, barely noticeable. The so-called manager idk if she was Hispanic or Asian) was extremely unprofessional, rude, and impolite. Her tone throughout the conversation was dismissive. When I asked to speak to the manager, she first said she would “ask” them, but when I insisted, she suddenly claimed the manager was out and wouldn’t be back until next week. The bag was clearly brand new, but this staff member refused to acknowledge it. Awful service and attitude—never coming back.
