Since I wanted a new bag, I visited this store on Thursday 12th, my last day of a brief trip and had an absolutely phenomenal experience thanks to Ousmane Sene- Store Manager and Jarisbel Diaz- Sale Associate. They made my time at the store extremely comfortable and I was able to get exactly what I wanted- a beautiful new Le Pliage tote in Cognac. Will not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone visiting NYC and would like to acquire a piece from this heritage brand.
