  I came in to this location with my wife, she was having a bad day and I decided to cheer her up by buying an item from this Longchamp location. All of the staffs were very kind to my wife and I. They treated us kind, respectful, with care and most importantly patience which is something a lot of companies lack. They really made my wife comfortable and it cheered her up after the bumby day she was having. This team is one of the greatest I’ve encountered. If you are in NYC, I definitely recommend coming by this Longchamp that’s located inside of Macy’s!

  I had an amazing experience! I wanted to get a bag for my girlfriend and I had an excellent time finding the right one at this location. Anastasia kindly helped us find the perfect one for my girlfriend. She was attentive to our needs and really helped us feel at ease. We had such a pleasant experience we even bought two bags! I would highly recommend this location and working with Anastasia.

  A really pleasant experience! Me and my boyfriend was helped by Anastasia, she’s very patient and helpful as im very indecisive on which bag i wanted. She gave us so many options and we ended up getting 2 bags.

  This Longchamp location has such sentimental significance as I first visited 10 years ago and purchased a Le Pliage tote in Navy with my sister. Since I wanted a new bag, I visited this store on Thursday 12th, my last day of a brief trip and had an absolutely phenomenal experience thanks to Ousmane Sene- Store Manager and Jarisbel Diaz- Sale Associate. They made my time at the store extremely comfortable and I was able to get exactly what I wanted- a beautiful new Le Pliage tote in Cognac. Will not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone visiting NYC and would like to acquire a piece from this heritage brand.
