Want to buy a candle but my Sales person is gone, ask for other sales for help checking the stock, told me most of them are sold out, went back in storage and never came back. Ending up sitting in store for 10mins and nobody cares. AWFUL EXPERIENCING

Back in October, I had vacationed to NYC and stopped in to this Loewe location. The store is very clean and well-kept. Daisy, the sales associate, was very kind, professional and attentive and helped me with my purchase. Very happy with my experience and my purchase.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Loewe. I purchased a Loewe Puzzle bag while traveling in Spain and within a short time I noticed a tear appearing on the leather/edge. For a luxury brand at this price point, this is the last thing you expect to happen.
When I brought the bag to Loewe store at Green street NYC for help, I was told the damage was “normal” and part of “regular wear.” I was genuinely shocked — this is not fast fashion. This is a designer bag that should be able to handle everyday use without tearing. Instead of standing behind the craftsmanship, Loewe dismissed it as something that “just happens.”
For a brand known for its leatherwork, this was extremely disappointing. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just acknowledgment that a tear on a premium leather bag shouldn’t be considered acceptable. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude left a really bad impression.
I loved Loewe for its design and craftsmanship, but after this experience, I’m honestly questioning whether the quality — and the customer support — is worth the price.

Frequent Loewe shopper 👜 in Miami Design District & Bal Harbour, so I expected more for SoHo. Staff friendly 😊, but store felt less luxurious ✨ and men’s section was limited 👔. Not the same curated experience.
