  Sorry wilson, for a flagship store I expected better. Only 8 baseball gloves. Had to take my son over to Dicks in the newport centre Jersey to get what we wanted.

  to the person who posted their family member manages this store? Well done. The store is located on Broadway, well positioned for, before or after Wilson, next door to Mangia and across the street from Sephora. The store design is a wonderful reuse of old New York architecture. Look up, you can see finials atop the pillars. From the minute you enter the store you are greeted with wide space with a wonderful use of POP point of purchase visually pleasing displays with a nice amount of walk around space assuring you are not squeezing between racks of product. The added plus of the store is the basketball court dads and sons and moms and daughters can and do play in. My only, personal, complaint is no bathroom, which I get considering too many people using bathrooms leave them in horrible condition. Not to worry, I discovered MANGIA next door and gave them a wonderful review. Deserved. Love the store. Love the staff. Keep it up. FIVE STARS!!!!

  Very disappointing!! We got there at 5:28p on a Sunday when they were closing at 6p, expecting to be able to play in the basketball court. They told us they close it an hour before the store closes and wouldn’t let my son shoot baskets! After he’d shopped with us all afternoon in the cold weather and was looking forward to it! We were bummed!! So plan around that if you are trying to go to the cool court they have! That information is not posted anywhere!

  Great selection and excellent customer service! Jocelyn was very helpful and attentive as I tried on various pairs of tennis shoes to see which was the best fit for me. Unfortunately, the store does not carry a 5.5 size shoes (my size). It’s important to wear tennis shoes on tennis courts for safety purposes, and I had a tennis reservation that day, so I was on a time crunch to find a cute and playable shoe. Jocelyn still encouraged me to try a size 6 regardless since each shoe is built different, and I found a pair that fit well! She also happens to wear a 5.5 size shoe, so she was empathetic to my shoe shopping struggles at other stores.

  Me and wife wanted to try different rackets to buy for a replacement for the ones we have. We were so excited to try different ones since they have an indoor wall to try it out. We signed two separate waivers to start our 5 min session (each). After my wife, I expected go for my turn, but one of the staff (female) said that since I was inside the court, I also count for her 5 min turn. And that there was already a person waiting for his turn. Even after explaining that I didn’t get a turn, the she (staff) was very dismissive and still kicked us out of the court. We still browsed the store and observed that the person that was in after us was there for almost 10 min. We felt very disappointed and discriminated after that experience. I personally would not come back to this shop because of this unfortunate incident. But I do recommend it for people to get their gears from since they do have good selections.
