  I had an interesting experience at William Barthman Jeweler which resembles a roller coaster ride, hyperbole speaking. This may be because in terms of luxury shopping I’m a novice: places of opulence I’m not too exposed to. Hence, such surroundings intimidate me and perhaps it shows. Regardless, my found desire in owning a Rolex gave me the push to walk in anyway and come what may. I visited the boutique last October inquiring about the submariner, my number one choice and the explorer, my second one. I was greeted by Maria who’s very welcoming and informative telling me about their unavailability at that moment and schedule of shipments then asked for my contact info. That same evening I received a text from her saying I’ll be notified as soon any one of them becomes available. I made a point to come back around a week after the new year that maybe new shipments have arrived, taking perhaps literally what Maria said about shipments and all. The second time coming there was a little different. As soon as I walked in, the door happened to be open for there was a gentleman I guess they’d just buzzed in, a few steps in and I was abruptly turned away after informing them that I was on the list and was just checking in if the models were in. The manager who now I know is Caitlin told me there aren’t any steel sports model and only precious metal ones are available. So that’s that. Perhaps they’re busy with the other gentleman and other things for further inquiry on my part. That stung a little. To cut an already lengthy review, I apologize btw, I sent Maria a text reminding my interests and made clear I’m ready to purchase any of the models mentioned. Not expecting I’d get a response from her and so a few more back and forth and also some false starts and false assumptions when I showed up expecting to get something and turned out it wasn’t so, Caitlin, the manager who turned me out abruptly in the second visit, mentioned to me that in a week the explorer will be available. Was that a promise? And what do you know, after two weeks I got “the call” from Marie, which really I only hear in videos on YouTube, and now I’m the one receiving it! I arrived and was greeted warmly and kindly by both Caitlin and Maria! The whole affair turned out very well for me, they even insisted on taking a picture to cap the whole experience. So though it’s like a roller coaster, this ride ended up on a positive high with me walking out and wearing my new explorer! Thank you to William Barthman and especially to the staff, Caitlin, Maria, Connie. Great build up!

  I had an amazing experience thanks to Caitlin! She went above and beyond to help me find my dream Rolex. She made the whole process effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re looking for expert assistance and a seamless shopping experience!

  I had an awesome experience at William Barthman. The store itself is beautiful and welcoming, and the whole team was great — but Connie really made it next level. She was super easy to work with, always quick to respond, and somehow got me my dream Rolex way faster than I expected. The entire process felt smooth and stress-free. She made me feel genuinely taken care of and made the whole experience special. Hands down some of the best service out there. I’ll definitely be going back to William Barthman for future watches and jewelry. If you’re stopping in, ask for Connie — you’ll be glad you did.

  I live in Denver and found a piece online that I knew my wife would love. After several frustrating attempts working with a local jeweler I came to find William Barthman and Caitlin Hausser. Working to buy jewelry from across the country can be a daunting experience but Caitlin put me at ease and made the experience a pleasure. With all the pictures and conversations I was comfortable making my purchase and having it sent. Great job Caitlin! And thank you.

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at William Barthman. Caitlin was fabulous to work with—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. Kate and Connie were just as wonderful, making the whole experience feel welcoming and professional from start to finish. They were able to get my watch in within a week, exactly as promised, and everything about the process was flawless. Communication was clear, the service was efficient, and it’s obvious they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be returning. Thank you!
