  Had an incredible experience sourcing a Rolex for my wife at Wempe. I worked with Sam, who could not have been more helpful and patient through the process. Together we were able to configure the perfect watch to mark the birth of my son. I do not live in the city and it is worth the trip in to go to Wempe.

  I had an exceptional experience purchasing my first Patek Philippe at WEMPE. Mr. Marotta was outstanding- professional, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. I am also very grateful to his colleagues, who were all incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming. This was my first Patek Philippe purchased through my own hard work, which made it especially meaningful to me. WEMPE made the entire experience truly memorable and completely stress-free.   Wempe always delivers top notch service every time I’m there . This holiday season was no different when I was assisted by Steve who was awesome. He showed me some of their latest hard to find time pieces in a relaxed and non pressured environment. If you’re looking for a nice variety of high-end watches and lovely jewelry, Wempe is the place to go. Ask for Steve !!!!

  My mom and I walked in this Saturday and did not know what to expect. Immediately we were warmly greeted and connected with Tony. Tony was so kind, beyond helpful, and very funny!   I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gennadi for nearly two years, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. He was patient and thoughtful throughout the entire process, truly waiting for the right watch for me. Just before Christmas, he came through with the perfect piece, which made it an especially meaningful and memorable moment. Literally a week before Christmas!!! Gennadi is attentive, genuinely friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about watches. He listens, understands what you’re looking for, and guides you with care and expertise rather than pressure. It’s rare to find someone who combines deep product knowledge with such a personal, trustworthy approach. I couldn’t recommend him and Wempe more highly.
