They told us it would take 4-12 weeks to repair the watch. It has now been over 5 months, they say they have no information on when the watch will be done, and are now saying that it could be a minimum of 6 months to get it repaired. Do not buy from this store or company. When buying a luxury watch from a luxury retailer, the retailer should stand behind their product. Watches of Switzerland clearly does not. Go elsewhere.
