Then she asked, in a rude tone, “Who gave you the box with the sneakers?” We were confused—our response was simply, “An employee.” Her approach lacked basic courtesy and respect. I genuinely believe Lauren may not be happy in her current role. It seems difficult for her to engage with customers in a kind or constructive way. Perhaps she would thrive in a different environment where she can develop her potential more positively.

I specifically asked how long they would hold the right size for me, she told me 24-48 hours. Came back the next day with the originally purchased hoodie and receipt, was told they sold the hoodie they were supposedly holding for me. A waste of time. She was very promising about it too.
