I spent about 30 minutes there, but not once was I greeted — didn’t bother me much, but it could be a turn-off for some. The unused, empty bar area also felt like a missed opportunity. You would think that in this day and age that inventory would be reflected correctly. First order via the phone was cancelled. The second order 3 days later after getting the original order cancellation, said they had 20 in stock and the original order had a wrong SKU. This is the Todd Snyder Store! Not a third party!

What should have been a simple shopping visit turned into a frustrating interaction with who appeared to be the store manager (older gentleman). When i asked for assistance, I was rushed and brushed off, seemingly because there was an event happening later that day. As a customer, I should not feel like an inconvenience simply for asking for help. The dismissive attitude, aggressive tone and lack of attention by the store manager made me feel unwelcome and undervalued. For a brand that prides itself on quality and service, this was truly unacceptable.
