  I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received. I expected much better from a company like Tod’s. I should not have to call a store three times, waiting for Farhana, the salesperson I worked with, to call me back, text message a different sales associates for weeks, and pay twice to ship shoes back to resolve an issue with the fit of a shoe that I tried on in the store. I am now being told that I will only receive a store credit since I am outside of the return window. It’s unacceptable to suggest that I could have handled it better. I’m now paying the price for the company’s poor communication and lack of service. I will not be purchasing from Tod’s again. Farhana's behavior was unprofessional and driven by greed. I still haven't received a call back from her.

  I frankly struggle to understand why this location has received mixed reviews. I have bought two pairs of shoes at this store and have received very pleasant service. I accidentally spilled some pizza oil on my suede shoes a while back and recently was passing by and asked what could be done and they were more than happy to refer me to a near by cobbler. Furthermore, it seems as though people seem to find issue with them not giving free repairs for natural shoe ware. Shoes are shoes, they will wear with time, though I must say I was a little surprised by the fact that the rubber heel on the dress shoes I purchased wore down to the wood within a month of daily use. Nonetheless, if you like the brand this is a great location.

  Mr Win was great from the moment we entered the store. He was very nice and helpful and patient. They did not have my size in store but he had it shipped to me, it arrived very quickly. We had a minor issue (a stain) with the pair that arrived but he made the exchange process very seamless and fast. We had a great experience, if you visit the store, go see Win!

  Purchased a pair of Leather Gommino Horsebit Moccasins here. Just a few regular wears of the shoe, the bottom was visibly worn off. I went to store on Madison avenue. After fight, they took the shoes, and sent pictures to Italy for review. after 2 months of waiting, Italy says it is normal wear and tear. Terrible doesn't describe it this company. Stay away!.. The manager Amelia Porchia was trying to be helpful, but she didn't return my calls multiple times, and promised to call me back over those 2 months of waiting. My first experience with this shoe/company will be my last. After 2 months, customer support finally called me. Said no to refund or exchange. Offered to pay for the shoe to be restored at leather spa. what is the point of restoring a shoe that was worn 3 times?! They seemed to think they were doing me a big favor. oh, and the shoe is 35% cheaper on Amazon. an un-necessary extra insult to injury. This lovely Madison store can keep my shoe, I don't want it, nor the reminder of them.
