I will tell you that if you go in looking for something specific, and you don’t see it on display, be sure to ask someone. Chances are they have it. We were looking for a specific ring that wasn’t out, and our guy Nick gladly found it, and we walked out with it! Thanks Nick!
- BPBrent Pettinger5 days ago1.0Went in store were my daughter paid for a necklace, it was wrapped boxed and bagged in the nicest way. The only problem is when we arrived back in the uk and checked the necklace it had changed into a bracelet, the lady in store wrapped 2 items at the same time and obviously mixed them up giving them to my daughter and another customer. Now trying to sort it out is like pulling teeth nobody wants to know. For a high end store not very good customer service.

Breakfast at Tiffany’s, with Audrey Hepburn, gives the building this timeless magic, and being there felt like stepping straight into that world. I’ll admit, I did treat myself to some Tiffany jewellery, and the service was exceptional. But what really surprised me was exploring each floor, even the toilets. The way everything is decorated, laid out, and styled is exactly what you’d expect from Tiffany’s: flawless. Seeing the iconic “Blue Box” room in person was a moment in itself. For a film lover, especially of such an iconic classic, it was genuinely beautiful to experience.

When he went to pick it up, it was still the wrong size. I was hoping to wear it for a special occasion and was not able to. I called and left a message for the manager twice but no one ever called me back to follow up. Extremely disappointing. No other Tiffany in the world has such poor customer service. I am appalled and will definitely not be returning.

She sat us down, asked a few questions to get to know my wife’s style and then brought pieces to us to look at and try on. She was so personable and friendly. This was our first time at the Landmark location and the store itself was impressively spread over many levels. While we didn’t make a purchase when we stopped in, we definitely added several items to the list and plan to make a purpose trip back out to this location to purchase when the time comes.
