Unfortunately, I’m not sure anymore if I want to have the ring from Tiffany’s as the experience that goes with it also matters.

The salesperson's attitude was very different: when she first heard we wanted to see the rings, she was very enthusiastic and let us try them on. But when we mentioned during the chat that we were not in a hurry to get married, her attitude immediately turned cold. When we wanted to try on a ring from another counter, she simply said, "You need to make an appointment to try this," and then ignored us. I had received very good service in another store of the same kind, where they let me try on every ring and patiently introduced everything to me. This kind of snobbish attitude of treating people differently is really disgusting. We immediately turned around and went to another store, and will never consider this store again.

Doorman impatiently said "Just come in" when I reached for the automatic door. Not one person offered to help me. I finally walked up to a salesman to ask for pearls. He pointed and said, "Over there" without offering to help. He didn't even look up at me. It was a humiliating experience. I will get my pearls, but not at Tiffany's
