  I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share our experience today. We were just browsing when my daughter wanted to look at a necklace, and Yvette assisted us. The piece we wanted wasn’t on display, so she kindly brought it out from the back and patiently showed us several other options as well. Although we didn’t purchase today and decided to wait until my daughter’s graduation, Yvette was extremely kind, attentive, and never made us feel pressured. Her service made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely return and look for her in the future!

  This locations customer service is awful. I’d rather go to a different location than this one that is 5 mins from me. Inwaa confused when I went to drop off a bracelet to be cleaned at a completely empty store. I was told I had to make an appointment and immediately told to do it myself online. I’m like ya’ll can’t do this for me? There weren’t any appointments available immediately. Again very strange for a store that’s always empty. They also immediately let me know it would cost $20 to clean. They did as good of a job that I had done with some cheap silver cleanee. When I picked it up I was very disappointed at what my bracelet looked like. It literally looks the same it dis wjen I dropped ot off. I remember mu jewelry returned as clean as when I originally purchased it. The cleaning they dis was formally gratis. No mas. If you need a deep cleaning they have to send it away for a year (joking). It’s so inconvenient considering the quality of Tiffany jewelry has declined significantly over the past 10-15 years. I won’t ever make another purchase from this or any other Tiffany store. I’ll exclusively continue to buy from the brands that have outstanding customer service and better quality products.

  Really poor customer service, clearly Tiffany doesn’t send their best to work in this store. Was in store for a good 15 mins before sales associate, Yvette assisted us. We asked politely to try on engagement rings and she was impatient - kept tapping her nails on the glass counter as we compared ring models, and looked visibly bored. Didn’t bother to provide any recommendations or assistance on how we could find the right ring. Also couldn’t address any of our questions. Didn’t treat us as serious buyers. Our engagement is an important milestone and we didn’t want to be treated this way. Decided to walk away and find our rings elsewhere. The store may want to revise and retrain their SAs.

  Horrible customer service. The store was practically empty, yet we waited at the wedding band section for over 30 minutes. Two ladies were assisting two customers, so we waited patiently. After half an hour, I finally approached another sales associate for help, and she simply said, “Oh, I’m sorry, that’s not my area.” Unacceptable. No one bothered to acknowledge us or offer assistance. Very disappointing experience.

  This establishment is a quintessential Tiffany Store, conveniently situated within The Shops at Hudson Yards. We visited while shopping at The Shops. The store is exquisite, featuring an excellent assortment of jewelry and designer items. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
