    Really poor customer service, clearly Tiffany doesn’t send their best to work in this store. Was in store for a good 15 mins before sales associate, Yvette assisted us. We asked politely to try on engagement rings and she was impatient - kept tapping her nails on the glass counter as we compared ring models, and looked visibly bored. Didn’t bother to provide any recommendations or assistance on how we could find the right ring. Also couldn’t address any of our questions. Didn’t treat us as serious buyers. Our engagement is an important milestone and we didn’t want to be treated this way. Decided to walk away and find our rings elsewhere. The store may want to revise and retrain their SAs.

    Horrible customer service. The store was practically empty, yet we waited at the wedding band section for over 30 minutes. Two ladies were assisting two customers, so we waited patiently. After half an hour, I finally approached another sales associate for help, and she simply said, “Oh, I’m sorry, that’s not my area.” Unacceptable. No one bothered to acknowledge us or offer assistance. Very disappointing experience.

    This establishment is a quintessential Tiffany Store, conveniently situated within The Shops at Hudson Yards. We visited while shopping at The Shops. The store is exquisite, featuring an excellent assortment of jewelry and designer items. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

    Staff is useless and not helpful, I came in to ask for a repair and she just told me to book it online, like she wanted me to leave the store. Why is she there if she cannot even book an appointment for a client while I am there in person?

    Very surprising and disappointing experience. Went in for a repair without booking an appointment (was told at landmark location that if we didn't mind waiting that we could just drop in and that the Hudson yards location was slower so it might be easier). The woman in charge at Hudson yards was entirely dismissive and flatly said we were given wrong information (for what it's worth, the landmark crew went above and beyond), wouldn't tell us when another appointment was open (we were the ONLY people in the store) and didn't offer any kind of resolution to an already loyal customer who would be paying more money to get a repair. Shocking customer service for such an institution of luxury.
