After I got home I discovered a small manufacturer defect on one, two days after I bought them but 1200 miles away. The local sunglass hut refused to help, even though they are corporate and should have easily been able to. A quick call to Rosy and not only did she let me vent, she also called the store down here and facilitated getting my exchange handled locally. She is a ROCKSTAR. There's a joking tradition in my family, I buy a new pair of sunglasses with my mom every time I visit. From now on we'll be seeing Rosy for them! Thank you so very much.
