The sales rep asked me if I wanted to add insurance and I said no thanks because I usually lose my sunglasses not break them and they convinced me it covers loss with a discounted replacement. I was surprised that they would do that so obviously I’m like sounds good and so I paid for the insurance. I went back when I did lose my sunglasses and they told me no they don’t honor that and admitted I was in fact tricked by a sales rep.

We were not greeted by anyone, and immediately after being in the store for 12 seconds, we were yelled at by an older lady employee saying the floor is wet by half of the sunglasses display unable to look at anything in that section. There was no sign on the floor indicating it was wet and we felt unwelcomed because they close at 7pm and wanted us out. They were talking about us while we were in there as well. Very unprofessional, rude, and hostile environment. Went in there with the intention to buy sunglasses but left shortly after walking in.
