  I can confidently disclose that this was (and currently is) the worst in-person retail encounter I've ever had in my entire life. The amount of relentless discouragement I've experienced in procuring a gift my girlfriend purchased for me is truly staggering. After attempting to return the item she purchased, I was informed we weren't able to unless she returned the purchase with another item she bought at the same time herself (understood). After she brought both items in for return and went through a very thorough return and repurchase experience, she requested the orders forwarded to the store . We received a notification that the items were received by an associate of the store. After going in-person to receive the item I was notified they were not in-house. This is the second time I went to the store to deal with this. After contacting the store by phone we discovered not only were they not received, the sunglasses were apparently mistakenly delivered to another store. A few days later we were notified that the neighboring business had received the order and it would be forwarded to the Sunglass Hut and we would be updated upon receipt. But unfortunately, that was actually a mistake and we were later informed by the associate that the order had actually disappeared from the neighboring business and our order had been lost. Which brings us to the current moment, still waiting on confirmation as to whether we will receive the order and/or expedited shipping. We have contacted the store numerous times to confirm updates with the order, the general contact for Sunglass Hut does not have our order. This is still unfolding and we have yet to receive the replacement order or any confirmation. I highly suggest you reroute your order or reserve your business for any other retailer. There is certainly no security or recourse you have if you patronize this business. Please, do yourself a favor and for your own sanity get your sunglasses anywhere but here.

  I WAS LIED TO BY SALES REP, AVOID. The sales rep asked me if I wanted to add insurance and I said no thanks because I usually lose my sunglasses not break them and they convinced me it covers loss with a discounted replacement. I was surprised that they would do that so obviously I’m like sounds good and so I paid for the insurance. I went back when I did lose my sunglasses and they told me no they don’t honor that and admitted I was in fact tricked by a sales rep.
