The woman who checked me out — forgot to ask for her name — was incredibly helpful as well, spoke to me about her own experience with similar boots and was able to offer me a student discount when I became a bit hesitant on the sizing. Would come to this location again!

He recommended different styles he thought I’d like and brought six pairs before I made a decision. Brady did great balancing customers. When I mentioned the heel slipped a little, he recommended a pair of gel inserts they sell there. Calm, beautiful store to get away from the SOHO crowds. Ask for Brady and he’ll give you attentive and knowledgeable service.
