I went on Sunday morning and the woman manager at the checkout area was chatting with an employee while customers, including myself were waiting in line to pay. She ignored everyone for quite a while. When it was finally my turn to make a return from my Black Friday purchase, she started helping me but then passed me off to another employee, who then passed me to yet another person. I had to stand there while the employee explained my situation to two different coworkers, even though both the manager and the first employee already understood it. Honestly, they all just seemed bored. Overall, the service felt unorganized and inefficient.

The woman who checked me out — forgot to ask for her name — was incredibly helpful as well, spoke to me about her own experience with similar boots and was able to offer me a student discount when I became a bit hesitant on the sizing. Would come to this location again!
