  A wonderful young women, with long dark hair and glasses helped me look at bags as I am trying to decide on a color. She was so patient and let me chat her ear off. She gave me her contact information, but somehow it didn't save to my phone, so I am sorry I can't leave her name. I ended up staying longer to browse, and I ended up with loafers, and would come back to shop this gorgeous chic location again. They had every loafer in stock which have been hard to find and I had just about given up on finding a pair. I saw another SA helping a lady with a bag, and she also seemed very friendly. Long story short, if you're looking for something YSL, this is a great spot to go in New York.

  Saint Laurent has always been one of my favorite luxury brands, but I never truly connected with a sales associate until visiting the Saint Laurent Soho boutique. The first time I met Bjonda, I was shopping with my mom—and together we are definitely a handful—but she matched our energy perfectly and made it one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. She handled every detail with ease, from sizes and logistics to offering styling suggestions I wouldn’t have picked myself. She even somehow convinced management to let my mom leave with one of their very nice shoehorns—a moment we still laugh about to this day. Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to attend several Saint Laurent events with Bjonda and Raymond, which has made me feel part of the YSL community in such a thoughtful, memorable way. The customer service here goes beyond just buying beautiful clothes—it’s about connection, artistry, and feeling welcomed into the world of Saint Laurent. Bjonda makes every visit feel like more than shopping—it’s catching up with someone who sees you, knows your style, and makes you look your absolute best. The way she pulls pieces, suggests combinations, and encourages you to try something unexpected leaves you not only looking incredible but also walking out feeling confident, radiant, and like the clothes were made for you. I cannot recommend her highly enough at the Saint Laurent Soho boutique!

  Gute Auswahl, größer als so manche Boutique in Europa. Allein wegen der Beraterin ist es einen Besuch wert, sehr authentisch und hilfreich. Toller Besuch!

  We went to NYC last weekend and the sales associates at YSL were amazing. They were very helpful and helped me purchase exactly what I wanted.

  Raymond was very helpful. I spoke w someone at customer services who directed me to the Greene Street location. It’s so serene and quiet because they keep the clients at a minimum. Raymond was more than complimentary and helped me with my YSL shades. Thank you. I will be back to this location for customer service
