  not usually one to write reviews, but hands down, Cooper was one of the best sales associates we've ever worked with. he matched our vibe real quick and definitely understood our shopping process. went in honestly just to look, wasn't planning on buying anything yet, but the interaction with him quickly changed our minds. highly recommend shopping with him. the other sales associates were kind as well!

  Lovely store. Helpful and courteous staff. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. It was in stock and Ismael took great care to make sure it was boxed and wrapped properly. He was a pleasure to work with and the entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommend this store.

  I visited the Saint Laurent Madison Avenue store to purchase a specific pair of heels that were not available in stock at the time. I was assured by the sales team that the shoes would arrive within 2–3 business days at most, and that they would arrive well before my upcoming travel. I’ve had to go without them and 2,900$ less in my account. Unfortunately, it has now been over a week and a half, and not only did the shoes fail to arrive on time. I have been trying for two days to reach someone to help me and nothing. They also don’t call to give a heads up that they are there because u have to wait and sign to receive them. For a brand as prestigious as Saint Laurent, this level of service is deeply disappointing. Clear communication and accountability should be standard—especially when customers are asked to trust delivery timelines. At this point, I simply want my money refunded, yet I’m still struggling to get in touch with anyone who can help. This experience has fallen far below expectations for a luxury fashion house.

  Kelsey was incredibly kind and helpful from beginning to end. She never pushed me to buy something new. Instead, when I told her that my burgundy bag had sentimental value and I wanted to repair it rather than replace it, she gladly supported me through the entire process. A few months later, I finally received the repaired bag and it made me realize that true luxury comes from this kind of sincerity and service. I truly wish there were more people like her who understand a customer’s heart and the real meaning of value. Because of employees like Kelsey, I believe YSL shines even brighter.

  Beautiful boutique with very friendly, sharp-dressed staff - from the doorman to every sales associate. The store had a fun and lively vibe, and even though it was busy, the staff made sure customers weren't left waiting outside on the cold. I had an online order to pick up, but the bag that was shipped to the store was already creased. In my opinion, that's not up to the luxury standard I expect. After thinking it over, I decided to return the bag. The staff were helpful in finding another one in other NYC locations since they were out of stock at 57th street. The return was easy and they were very kind. They showed me other gorgeous bags in store, and I think shopping in stock would be the way to go to assure the bag is in the best condition. Shopping YSL 57th location you will be treated to a swank boutique experience - the store is beautiful, but the service is the true luxury here. My only concern was the quality control, which isn't a reflection on the boutique itself. As a luxury shopper, I expect perfection, and I urge fellow shoppers to do the same - for the prices we pay, quality should be a given. But that is a note to all "luxury" brands in the year 2025, prices are going up, and it doesn't always feel like materials and quality are as well.
