The shoes may be in great quality and the service they provide in the shoe when they’re trying to sell may be very high end.
However, if you want to return the shoes which cost me $3000, you realized that the good impression is just an illusion. Their customer service is probably the worst of the worst I’ve ever seen on the entire planet. It becomes a dis-functional company/brand after you paid the money.
1. There is no cash refund according to their policy. You can only get store credit. Even worse, they won’t tell you explicitly before you pay. They expect you to figure it out from the bottom of the receipt you sign. If you missed that line. Wow, surprise!
2. I called the store manager but it’s beyond her which makes sense. She was kindly enough to give me the customer support number to call. Then the nightmare began.
3. Roger Vivier is acquired by Tod’s group so the number she gave me is Tod’s. The customer support says on the website only available from 9am to 5pm, weekdays only. I have to work during that time, so I filled the complain forms on the website. No reply at all.
4. Fine. I kept calling them between 9am to 4pm for a few days. No one picked it up. I left them a voice message. Luckily some one called me back and asked me to send her the receipt via email. But she never get back to me.
5. After that, that customer service number is not picked up by anyone no matter when I call.
6. Yes. One month passed and they took the money and I still got that $3k shoes I don’t like. My problem is not resolved. I turned from surprise to disappoint, then upset and now anger.
I may gave up my cash refund request and get the store credit from the store soon. Too tired of this.
For the Tod’s and Roger Vivier managers, your US company is like a ostrich hurried its head deeply in the sand. You’re so distinct and isolated from the voice of your customer. Good luck with the future of your shinny brand but I’m not buy anything of Tod’s and Roger Vivier product any more and I’ll tell my story and suggest all my friends to do so.
