  I took my luggage to get repaired at RIMOWA New York Madison. I received excellent customer service from Julie Sanchez. My luggage handle was replaced just under 2 hrs! Without an appointment. Thank you!

  What a bad experience. I got a carryon for my wife’s bday and bought it for pickup so she could experience the store on her bday as well. SA was rude, didn’t listen when we asked questions and tried to tell us they were out of shopping bags and expected us to walk off in the rain with the dust bag only. Keep in mind we were also carrying our 2 service dogs. She was also not knowledgeable. Did not know about luggage straps or anything.

  I had an incredible experience with Nicole Muniz at the RIMOWA store on Madison Avenue. She helped me with a warranty issue and made the entire process seamless. Even though the item I needed wasn’t in stock, Nicole went above and beyond. She kept her word, followed up the moment it became available, and even rang up my purchase in advance so it was ready for pickup when I arrived. As someone who works in sales myself, I was genuinely impressed by Nicole’s professionalism, follow-through, and exceptional customer service. She exemplifies what true client care looks like. Nicole has earned a customer for life in me. RIMOWA, give this woman a promotion stat!

  Truly appalling product and service. Polycarbonate pieces are falling apart with irreparable cracks all over the body despite very normal wear and tear on commercial flights. Despite being under warranty and emphasizing that this type of damage can certainly not be normal with frankly any luggage, let alone luxury luggage at this price point. Rimowa Madison’s store manager was incredibly rude and dismissive of complaints. This store is impossible to reach by phone and follow up. Beware of this brand, product, and service.
