Is this expensive suitcase made of glass? Does it get damaged after just one use? I want to file a complaint against them.

They did everything right. Whoever is in charge of the Munich store should make a trip to New York and see how customers should be treated. Better yet... Fired and replaced with literally anyone else from Munich. *I had better service while buying a €5 pretzel.

Firstly, he answered the line "Hello" and didn't indicate whether or not it was the Rimowa store. On the line, he was very short and seemed as if I was bothering him by asking questions. He provided limited 1-3 word responses. After I asked for his name he hung up on me and didn't answer when I called back. We own 6 suitcases and honestly surprised to receive this type of service for being incredibly brand loyal.
