  My wife and I stood a bit outside the store debating if we should go in the store or look at their articles online, but when we tried to go in the security door guy told us that they were at capacity, but the store was clearly empty inside. Such profiling of customers is unacceptable. Well done for losing a customer.

  Extremely poor customer service relative to the cost of the suitcases. And pretty poor quality which means having to deal with their customer service team on a regular basis. Have bought 4 suitcases from the SoHo location (old location) and had to do repairs 3 times in 3 years. The locks break/crack pretty easily if you check the bag (which we have 2 check-in bags and at minimum need to check those), and the latest time the lock was broken to the point that my suitcase was delivered totally open. That speaks to the poor quality. Then I brought it in for repair to the new location and had to wait 30 minutes just to talk to someone. The store wasn't busy at all but they only have one very slow employee at the repairs counter (which is the longest line in the store because of the suitcase quality). They do this because it's obvious none of the employees who are commission-based want to waste their time with repairs where they don't make commission. Then twice now the suitcase has to be sent away because the damage is considered not easily fixed and I've been without my suitcase for a month each time, which is a problem because I travel frequently. Finally, their customer and warranty tracking system was designed by a deranged person. They will misspell emails and misattribute suitcases to the wrong person and then tell you they have no ability to correct it. I went 6 weeks without any contact about my suitcase to learn they contacted my husband but misspelled his email. The suitcases look good which was the reason we originally purchased them, but they're truly not worth the hassle of dealing with this company.
