  Love the black shiny one. This is my second pair of Ray-Ban display glasses. I lost the first one, but I couldn’t purchase glasses alone. Would be great if one can purchase glass or band separately, Forever f now I have three of these RayBan display, but I love them all absolutely.

  Expensive for cheaply made glasses. Not giving them my personal information again so they can get hacked and then not tell anyone. btw look up Luxottica hack. The Ray Ban logo is flaking off my shades that are less than a year old. Garbage quality from a garbage company.

  I came to this store to put my wife on the waiting list for the Meta smart glasses. I am already a customer and have personally made purchases from Ray-Ban before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. While I was waiting, one of the employees apparently thought I was on hold and started making jokes about me with her coworkers. It was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional, especially in a retail environment where customers should be treated with respect. They said the employee’s name was Isa, which may be short for Isabelle.” I didn’t say anything at the moment because I wasn’t sure if I had heard correctly, but it left a very bad impression. I expected better customer service from a brand like Ray-Ban, and I hope management addresses this kind of behavior so other customers don’t experience the same treatment.

  I genuinely dislike leaving negative reviews, but my recent experience at this location was quite disappointing. I’ve been a Ray-Ban customer for 20 years and have always valued the promise that the store provides adjustments for the life of the frames. Unfortunately, my visit started poorly. The first three associates I encountered seemed disinterested and lacked the care I expected. While attempting an adjustment, they actually bent my frames further. I then spent 35 minutes in a "cat and mouse" game; while I waited for the manager, the same associates repeatedly asked if I needed help, seemingly forgetting they had already damaged my glasses and failing to alert the manager that I was waiting. Things turned around when I finally met the Store Manager, Liz. Although we didn’t start on the best foot, she turned the experience around and made it great. Most importantly, she fixed my prescription sunglasses and got them back to normal! Thanks, Liz! While I live nearby and may return for convenience, I hope the team focuses more on building genuine guest relationships rather than just a sales-first approach. Sales are built on relationships, not just transactions.
