  ZERO Stars. I placed an order in mid December for glasses that I customized. During checkout; it asked whether I wanted to pick up the item in 3 days or have it delivered to the store in 10-12 business days. I wanted them for Christmas so, I decided to pick them up in 3. The day before I thought I’d be picking my order; I emailed Rayban to confirm I can. I was told on 12/22 that since my order needs to be customized; it’ll be shipped to the store in 10-12 days. I asked why wasn’t this indicated during checkout? The first rep wanted to be funny by sending my snapshots of there order and delivery process. I sent a snap shot of my order where I highlighted, customer will pick up the item in store in 3 days. Back and forth since the initial order made on 12/19. I was told in an email that the order was processing. Then I was told over the phone that I’d have the tracking details by 1/4/26. I called on 1/6 and was advised that due to the holidays; they were short staffed and there is no status on the item. I asked to be transferred to a Manager who that rep said, they won’t know anything either. Now on 1/6, Oliver M stated that he had sent a request for the order to be canceled and it can take, 3-5 business days. Today, 1/8, I get an email advising that my order is processing and it’s going to take 7-10 days to complete. They just received ANOTHER email from me demanding the item cancelled and a refund! Trash customer service!

  10/10 stars. I never really write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I felt like I needed to. Liz was the employee who helped me, and she was amazing. She actually took the time to help me figure out which sunglasses looked good on me instead of just trying to sell me something. I’m a very indecisive person, so I really appreciated her honest thoughts. It felt wayy more personal than other glasses stores I’ve been to where they don’t really seem to care, and she was actually knowledgeable. The store was busy, and I felt bad because she was spending so much time helping me, but she was so patient and told me to take my time. The other employees were also super friendly. I ended up walking out with a pair that I love. I shop for sunglasses often and have been to plenty of other stores, but this was my first time here and it’s easily the best experience I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back!
