They offer you no solutions if you are dissatisfied with a product (e.g. offer repair, replacement, discount on replacement). Totally useless with no empathy.

Went in to try to return these glasses that aren’t working any more within warranty and they refused to help me. Just told me to go online.
- YJYuejie JingOct 2, 20251.0Extremely disappointed experience. We walked in the store and just wanted to try on a few frames. First of all, no one is talking to us or paying attention to us. Secondly, I saw some stand has a drawer under them that has glasses frames in there, so I naturally assumed that all drawers would have frames for displaying purpose and are ok to open, in some other stores they are actually doing so. But a worker there suddenly said that those drawers are employees-only and if I opened them, it’s considered as “stealing”. This is not the right tone to say to a customer first of all, and it’s a responsibility of the store or the workers there to either put a sign or remind POLITELY verbally that some of the drawers are not open to customers. THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY if the store or workers didn’t fulfill theirs. I feel disrespected from their words, why would anyone even want to steal a glasses frames there??? They’ve lost a customer today, it’s their loss. P.S. I’m currently wearing a GUCCI glasses btw

In fact, they may come to accuse you of stealing?? It seems they are more friendly to people (who may be of a different race) Would not recommend coming here if you don’t like to be talked down to.
