Went to the second floor to find a purple label dress but no one came to help me in the 15 minutes I spent looking around. Employees were watching videos or texting and not paying attention. Employee got aggressive with me when asking for help so I just left to let them get back to their phones.

- ZZZiaDec 25, 20251.0We went to this so called iconic store to buy not gawk. But the staff in the Purple line section on the second or third floor were very unprofessional. After greeting us with hands folded behind their backs, offered no help stood around and then made a comment loud enough for all to here " Only two good costumers today, I hope the day gets better." The date was 22nd December around 1 pm This comment came from a late 40s or so, clean shaven sales guy with possibly an accent. After this comment sank in we left the store in disgust. I have been to Ralph stores in elsewhere in the USA and in Europe Never experienced this level of condescension.

When we walked up to the 3rd floor, 2 employees were on their phone and a third standing with them against the wall disengaged. My wife found a jacket she liked, was not able to get service. I took a photo and as we left I provided feed back to the store with the photo of their employees. While I was showing the photo to the employee, I let her know it was being deleted as that was a complaint of any employee in the photo so she could advise him on the photo was deleted.
