Throughout the process he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision. What stood out most was how gracious and professional he remained from start to finish—never rushed, never pushy, just thoughtful, attentive service. Experiences like this are exactly why I’ll continue coming back to this store, and I’ll definitely be seeking out Eric again on future visits. Highly recommend both the store and the team.
