- DSDave SJun 26, 20255.0This store is incredible! Stopped in to get some gifts for my new niece and they were so friendly and helpful. They did such a nice job of boxing and gift wrapping as well.
- AEAnne EMay 19, 20242.0Clothes bought for gifts and this was mentioned before paying. Clothes packed poorly in a bag without the boxes despite the salesperson was informed that this was for gifts . I asked for the boxes. The salesperson dissapeared downstairs for 20 minutes before coming back with the clothes packed in the boxes. It seems she forgot to check as well if socks in a particular size were available as her colleague asked her to do so despite she was busy packing. There were 4 employees in the shop however and we were only 2 customers . I mentioned to the cashier that we needed to go after 15 minutes and it was ok if boxes were provided on the side and the clothes not packed. She replied to me that she had to stay as a cashier and could not do anything for me neither reach out her colleague. I had to tell her colleage myself from the top of the stairs that it was ok not to pack after 15 minutes as we needed to go. Not the service I would have expected for such a brand.
