I called ahead to let them know I would be arriving a few minutes before closing to pick up an order, and instead of offering basic customer service, the staff spoke to me with a rude and dismissive attitude. I was reminded-more than once-that they "close at 6" and they "cannot help me," even though I was clearly trying to plan responsibly. What made it worse was their unprofessional comment asking why I didn't choose shipping since I was coming from far away. That is not only unnecessary but completely out of line for any business that claims to value customers. There is no excuse for the way I was spoken to. The attitude, the lack of courtesy, and the overall treatment were extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise management to address this behavior immediately.

The staff member locked the door once I was inside as if I was going to grab something and run out. So I didn't move once I got into the store to make sure I wasn't accused of anything. Won't recommend to friends or family and will not shop here ever again. I need to talk to my family to see why we are even buying things from here. "Bad Vibes".

I left out and went next door and the door was locked and I tap to someone and they waked away. I waited a few seconds then was headed back in the car when I looked through the window and they were peeing through a curtain. Smh who turns down money? SHAME ON YOU!
