If you do return anything via the mail - they will take 3 weeks - 1 month to refund you. Seems like the brand is in trouble if they’re holding money like this - not recommended…

Nope, apparently this was a final sale and they will not even issue a store credit. I have a sweater for here that is a size large and it fits like a glove. Obviously this new shirt was produced wrong, as it is easily for someone who is waaaay larger than me. After getting the sweater last year I told her that this is my favorite brand now! Well, that was short lived… rag n bone will never get my money in the future… ugly customer service team!!! I will also do my best to discourage all friends to steer clear of this place! Nice going … you lost a customer for life over your stupid policy.
