- KHKayt HesterJan 27, 20261.0This review is about the online store. I'm sure the employees in this store are lovely , but the customer service I've received for inline orders is awful. They have taken over a month to process my return and are giving me weak excuses. This is supposed to be a luxury brand and I've gotten better care at Temu.. . At this point they are just stealing my money. The jeans were not even the quality of what a $225 pair of jeans should be. I'm beyond angry, thus writing this review for a store that had nothing to do with my order. I apologize for that but i just need my money back.

If you do return anything via the mail - they will take 3 weeks - 1 month to refund you. Seems like the brand is in trouble if they’re holding money like this - not recommended…
