- GCGeorgina CraigDec 5, 20251.0I went to this store to buy jeans I had seen online. The staff were completely obnoxious and looked down their noses at me. They were completely unhelpful. I asked for a specific size in one style and was brought a bigger size. The size I wanted was out so I retrieved it myself and it fitted perfectly. When I went to pay, I enquired about the 15% discount I had been offered online. The assistant informed me begrudgingly that they would honour in store. I would not advise anyone to shop in this store. I have never had such poor service in a premium brand shop

The store manager helped with my return and was so kind and friendly. She made some recommendations and I ended up trying on some items and while I really liked the Miramar wide leg pants and the Logan jeans I tried on, I only purchased the Miramar pants just because it wasn't in my budget to buy both. But I can't even begin to describe how nice the staff in this store is. It's extremely refreshing. I look forward to shopping there again (I will definitely go back for those Logan jeans at some point and some shorts next Spring/Summer)!
