The store manager helped with my return and was so kind and friendly. She made some recommendations and I ended up trying on some items and while I really liked the Miramar wide leg pants and the Logan jeans I tried on, I only purchased the Miramar pants just because it wasn't in my budget to buy both. But I can't even begin to describe how nice the staff in this store is. It's extremely refreshing. I look forward to shopping there again (I will definitely go back for those Logan jeans at some point and some shorts next Spring/Summer)!

The sales associates ignore you and are straight up rude and condescending. The sales associate that brought out jeans for me only did so because I picked up the pair I wanted myself and started taking it to the fitting rooms. She did not even introduce herself, so when the cashier asked me who helped I could not tell her the name, which just made the cashier irritated and impatient as if it was my fault. If you’re looking for a good experience at such a pricey store either visit the meatpacking location or go to a better brand.
