It’s the kind of place you really enjoy just walking into, with a nice layout and a great brand presence. However, the staff experience was disappointing compared to the environment. Unlike other luxury stores where associates are attentive and approachable, here the staff did not engage with customers. No one asked if I needed any help, and even when eye contact was made, they simply looked away rather than acknowledging thr customer. I had to approach them directly to get assistance, which felt uninviting. For a brand of this reputation, I expected warmer, more proactive service. I believe the staff could benefit from better training in customer service, as friendliness and attentiveness are just as important as the store’s atmosphere. If the team were more welcoming, it would truly elevate the entire shopping experience. Other than that, I really enjoyed the store itself — the atmosphere was excellent and gave a very nice, premium vibe.
