The real highlight was meeting Yoko. She was authentically friendly and engaging. She also said I looked like their previous CD (Jeremy Scott ) , which I do :::hair flip::: . But my interaction / store experience made my day! Yoko is top talent . I am a luxury fashion boutique manager myself and I would hire her in a heartbeat .

- EDEshan DevoreApr 2, 20211.0Horrendous experience, staff is quite inexperienced. Lacks the sense of customer service. I place a diaper bag on hold, I come in to pick up the bag. The employee (tall hispanic) tells me they're all sold out. I couldn't believe they sold the item I placed on hold. It was honestly hilarious. They tried to pretend as if they had more in stock. So I just left. Later called back and say "I'm so sorry, we sold your piece on hold, I had no words left. And the funniest part is when he asked me to place an order online with them. Which would take 7-14 business days where online it's 5-6 business days. Soho store is a scam. Definitely wouldn't recommend ever!
