  Kate, the Store Manager at the Marc Jacobs Prince Street location, extended an invitation to experience a private viewing of the new Marc Jacobs x Dr. Martens collection. I was extremely excited for this opportunity to view the new pieces. Fabulously dressed, I was the first to arrive where I was warmly greeted by Kate who offered a spread of beverages and small bites including mimosas and pastries. After sampling a few pastries, I grabbed a mimosa and roamed the store because why not?! While the new collection of boots were chic and edgy, I was more drawn to the bags and sunglasses from their other collections. I absolutely fell in love with the Cow Haircalf Large Dual bag. I knew I would be purchasing one from the mere squeal and smile I made when Sean, one of the Store Associates brought it out. I continued to walkthrough the store, socializing with the other invited clientele, helping them make their final choices and connecting with the other Store Associates (Alejandro and Marielle). I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire Marc Jacobs Team (Kate, Sean, Alejandro and Marielle)! I had a wonderful experience and cannot wait for the next one!

  Horrible experience. From the moment I walked in, the associate with long light brown hair acted annoyed that I even needed help. She barely spoke, gave dismissive answers, and made it clear she didn’t want to assist me. When I asked about another color of a bag, she rolled her eyes, walked away mid-conversation, and later dropped the item on the counter without a word. Not planning on coming back to this location.

  I personally had the most amazing experience here at Marc Jacobs in NY. I was helped by Misha (who was an absolute ANGEL) and he was so patient with me even tho I had no clue what I wanted, and initially came in just to look around. He made wonderful and honest suggestions not pressuring me in the slightest! For anyone who sees this review, request to work with Misha for any future purchases, he was very professional! MARC JACOBS PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

  Marc Jacobs Soho is a MUST-SEE stop while visiting NYC. This store is amazing. EVERYONE in the store was super friendly and helpful. Angel was the Sales Representative who assisted me. SHE WAS AWESOME. Angel is truly a brand ambassador. She has a wonderful personality. A natural-born marketer. Angel sold me an experience that I really appreciated. I just came from Fashionphile, and the experience was very dull. None of the salespeople were eager to sell anything. The folks at Marc Jacobs were the complete opposite. Angel sold me (2) limited edition tote bags that I didn't know I needed. I LOVE THEM. She styled the bag with very cute matching accessories and an extra Marc Jacobs strap. I honestly would not have even looked at those items had Angel not shown them to me. She listened to what I liked. THE GIRL COOKED. I walked away extremely happy. I called and spoke with the store manager Marylee, who was also very helpful and friendly. THIS STORE ROCKS. They have an amazing team of people at this store.
