  Marc Jacobs Store Review: Add Security or Lose CustomersSafety concerns make this Marc Jacobs location a complete pass for me—unless they station dedicated mall security just a couple feet from the entrance, there's no reason to risk shopping here.I've seen shoplifters operate openly, even with customers present, yet store staff seem more preoccupied with how others perceive them than confronting thieves. Mall guards are there to protect consumers like me, not to profile individuals or workers inside the store. They pass by occasionally, but that's not enough; I need visible protection right at the door to feel secure for myself and my family. This means security personnel from the mall should be able to look inside the store periodically to check if everything is okay—a coordination effort is almost mandatory.But if a store worker hypothetically views security as suspicious, it's quite frankly totally disrespectful. How am I supposed to feel safe if store individuals allegedly resist even security oversight to ensure things are fine? That's the allegation anyway.To put it frankly, if the individuals inside the store were doing their job and not focusing on appearances instead of coordinating with sophisticated mall security—some with military service—there might not be so many people stealing from the store. But I've seen it happen, and I don't feel safe.Without that immediate presence, my safety feels jeopardized—no purchases until they prioritize customer protection over appearances. Great brand wasted by poor environment. 1/5 stars.

  La atención fue muy buena, pero al llegar al hotel y abrirlo me di cuenta que tenía desperfectos por dentro. No son bolsos baratos como para que no los revisen en la tienda antes de entregarlos… deberían revisarlos todos. Estoy decepcionada.

  I came to this location for Bark Jacobs last evening. Ivanna is the person I remember as she set aside my bag when I called ahead. All the staff there were really so amazing—kind to my dog and made us feel at home!! It was the end of the day but they all just had such great energy. It was an amazing experience all around and such a great idea!!!

  I used this store for my Bark Jacobs purchase! What an amazing experience! I was helped by Ivanna, and she was fantastic! She styled bags for me, and was so patient as I asked so many questions and had so many ideas! I was nervous as I’ve never ordered this way before, and she was willing to truly go the extra mile for me! With her help I ended up finding the perfect bag and charm for me! I love the personal touch she added to make sure it was a purse and charm that fit my vibe! I am so excited for my bag! Thank you so much to her for the amazing service, and helping me find the one! Shopping can be so overwhelming for me, and with my anxiety I get easily overwhelmed with purchasing even remote, but she made the purchase easy and now I can’t wait for my bag and charm with the pet portrait! Thank you so much for a fantastic shopping experience.
