  I can see from the other reviews that I'm not the only one who had the best experience with Sylvia at this store. She was fantastic in helping me find jeans that were the right length and fit me well, and brought me lots of options. As someone who doesn't often love in-store shopping due to pressure to buy and difficulty finding things that will work for me, she made the whole experience super comfortable. Absolutely would recommend this location because of my experience with Sylvia!

  The staff is amazing! I went in looking for a new pair of jeans and they were extremely helpful will getting the perfect fit! As soon as I walked in greeted so nicely but not pushy by I think her name was Kiana (I hope I got that right) she directed me to Silvia who was also amazing. I walked out of there excited for my purchase. Thank you both for being so awesome!

  Kiara is VERY kind. She can tell what a customer wants and gives great feedback on what works best! I think she’d be a great stylist. Besides just being extremely kind to everyone. I really was grateful for her as she helped me with my new purchase that was outside of my usual clothing options. Now I am OBSESSED with my new coat! Tobi was also another gem! Very accommodating! First time ever in Madewell. Now it won’t be my last thanks to these girls!

  Review for Madewell Soho I had a pretty frustrating experience with the staff here. The communication between the team, especially between upstairs and downstairs, really needs improvement. I was told by one associate upstairs to go to the men’s section for a fitting room since theirs was full, but when I got there, the staff downstairs seemed totally unaware and sent me back up. Even though they all had radios, no one seemed to be on the same page. When I finally asked another associate, he said the fitting rooms were full, though there wasn’t any line and told me I could wait if I wanted. At checkout, I asked for a bag, and instead of simply grabbing one that fit, the cashier tried to squeeze my top into the smallest bag possible. For the price I paid, I really expected better service and communication. Overall, it felt disorganized and unhelpful.
