Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

The staff was sweet and told me about the trade in program for points. That night before Christmas 2025 I wanted to buy sneakers and this SA firstly seemed to be very helpful until he pointed his LEFT FOOT! to the sneakers on the shelf instead of his hands while he was talking to me. (He only held a tablet at that time) I was SHOCKED!. I had no words. Like what?!?!?! Lululemon, your employee represents your global brand image! Not by his feet! However, I did buy sneakers that he brought to me and a bag with the other SA woman who was very nice.( a blonde, no attitude) mixed feelings though. Go somewhere else.

When you’re checking out, you’re hit with an unexpected, awful charge—and instead of explaining it calmly and clearly, the staff’s attitude is horrible and arrogant. Zero empathy, zero willingness to help, and a tone that leaves you with a bad taste. With service like that, it honestly doesn’t make you want to come back. They really need to improve it, because the store and the brand could offer a much more professional experience.

I came in looking for something called Align and Wunder Train. An associate(Destiny, you’re the real hero!) quickly helped me find what I wanted and, with the extra help, was even able to make it a set. They didn’t have the top to match the set at the store but was able to place an order for me to pick up at another store. All in all, this stores got it going on!
