Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

I wanted to review the three employees who worked here that I met today. The names were Matthew, Asha, and Rebecca. I wanted a Scuba hoodie for my daughter as she had a play date with her friends and the theme was “Lululemon” however the last xs/s that was on the floor I couldn’t find so I asked for Matthew’s help. However there was supposedly one on the floor but it was MIA and my daughter was crying because she wanted to match her best friend who had the same color. Asha then pulled out the sweater from a drawer and she told me she wanted to purchase it later which is why she kept it however she gave it to my daughter and said she would order hers online as she can wait but my daughter couldnt.I almost cried because I didn’t know how to thank her.
Matthew checked in with me every 5 minutes and made sure me, my daughter,my nieces and my mother had everything they needed and were fully supported in the fitting rooms. He even took my mothers side when she had a purple bottom with a brown top but we all thought it was ugly but he supported her decision to get it which kept her in a good mood all day. Rebecca entertained us all with her funny remarks and we couldn’t stop laughing while teaching us about the product we had on. Asha also watched my daughter and listened to her rant about her American Girl doll while I quickly changed to try on some clothes because she constantly requires attention from me so I was glad someone else gave her that attention so I can try on in peace. I wanted to tip them but I couldn’t so an employee recommended I’d write a review expressing my Joy. Overall 100/10 experience I will be coming back again and hopefully I get the same experience as I got today

Good variety of clothes, even my husband is shopping lulu. Only downsize is that the people working there sometimes feel
Like they wish they were not there, or maybe that we shouldnt be there… it’s frustrating to go shopping in a store where people dont want to sell to you, or at least make you comfortable shopping
I had the most wonderful customer service experience here. Everyone working was so lovely and willing to help answer questions and be a resource. It made my whole night being treated so nicely 🤗

Nice store and helpful staff. I showed up five minutes before closing to pick up an online order. The staff helped me on the spot and when there was a mix up on finding my order they quickly helped me find a solution.
