Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

•I initially bought a belt bag but then I realized it was too bulky so I exchanged it and the process was smooth.
•Got the everywhere crossbody bag and Im using it everyday, everywhere now! Perfect size, with several compartments. Cant wait to shop here again!

Had a very uncomfortable interaction while making a return. I usually use a screenshot of my order email for returns because I never know when I won't have service. The lady who processed my return look at me, looked at my screenshot on my phone and said she had to see the actual return email. Without even trying to scan the barcode on the phone. After I showed her the email, she then continued the return. I asked her why I needed the actual email and she said because they don't accept screenshots. What if I was returning for someone else? Why would having the actual email make a difference if I have the return barcode? I'm a black guy and I usually encounter micro-aggressions on a daily basis. But this one was quite apparent. Do better, Lululemon.

Nobody picks up the phone, and their phone system gives no options except to leave a VM. I had to waste a half hour getting all the way there just ask them a three second question. We have phones. We’ve had them for over 100 years. Pick up your phone..

I had a wonderful shopping experience here. Rayleigh, Lexi and Robert were very professional, exceptionally friendly, and welcoming. This was my best experience at a Lululemon store!

Yikes - the store manager, Matthew, is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Lulu, if you’re wondering why you’re losing customers to other athleisure brands, horrific customer service from people like Matthew is definitely a factor.
