Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    I’m so frustrated. I’ve just come back from New York with a new pair of leggings which they didn’t remove the security tag for. This is a serious mistake and risks me not being able to get it taken off at all. This should be basic knowledge. I’m left with leggings I’m likely unable to wear. I would like someone to get in touch to help resolve the mistake.

    I have never written a review for a retail store before, but the customer service was so terrible here I had to. Incredibly rude and slow. Intentionally made customers wait (unnecessarily) to check out or return items. I've never seen anything like it. Won't be going back to this location.

    This 2 star review is ONLY due to an interaction with (Ironically) the store’s ‘Manager of Guest Experience’ (on 10/18, afternoon) This individual was so condescending and rude, did not provide any helpful information or show any willingness to help Thankfully, the store’s manager came and spoke with me. She was nice and helpful, and gave me information that actually helped! Also Haily at the register was pleasant (Hence the 2 stars vs. 1..) Lulu’s GES has been notified

    This is honestly the worst customer service in history. They don’t listen, they don’t care, and every single response sounds like it’s copied and pasted by a robot. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with Lululemon over the years, and this is the second time this happens to me. When everything goes fine, they take your money fast. But when there’s a problem, they act like it’s not their responsibility. One item from my order was shipped separately and never delivered to my door. I was home that day, I have camera footage, and the “delivery photo” they use is not even my door. Here’s the proof — they left the package at what looks like a building maintenance closet, where people keep mops and cleaning supplies. That’s not a secure door, not even a real delivery point. And yet, they refuse to refund me. They pretend it’s not their problem that my package was basically thrown somewhere random. They don’t care that I worked for that money, or that I trusted their company. Lululemon only cares about profit, not about people. They ignore you, they give robotic answers, and they let customers lose their money without accountability. Absolutely the worst customer service experience imaginable. Never again.
