It's a beautiful place, the customer service is perfect
Zero customer service, two female employees busy in talks on Sunday morning 15th February right in front of us. We need assistance in fragrances but they completely ignored us.

During my recent visit to Louis Vuitton in New York City, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Francesca, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize her for an exceptional experience.
Francesca was incredibly open, warm, and engaging from the moment we connected. She demonstrated outstanding customer service, taking the time to understand our needs and offering thoughtful, well-informed recommendations. Her approach was genuine and attentive, making the entire experience feel personalized and effortless.
What truly stood out was her willingness to go above and beyond — not only providing great product guidance, but also sharing helpful NYC recommendations that enhanced our visit to the city. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and care made us feel welcomed and valued throughout the entire interaction.

Completely unhelpful and extremely unprofessional staff. It was around 15 minutes before anyone even approached to help. I had to keep asking around. Won’t be back.

I had a terrible experience here over the weekend, the woman who helped me was very rude and felt like she didn't want to show me anything i was specifically looking for jewelry. I didn't get her name but she was petite, darker skin, looked Latina. I thought maybe it was her personality, but soon after greeted other people happily to help them. Her mood ruined my experience and no longer wanted to buy anything. I ended up having a wonderful experience at LV on 5th ave.
