  I recently purchased a Louis Vuitton bracelet for myself for Christmas and noticed scratches once I got home and examined it more closely. I had specifically asked the client advisor if there was another bracelet available besides the display piece for that very reason, yet I was still sold the display item. Instead of driving back into Manhattan, I went to the Manhasset location to return the bracelet since I live in Brooklyn. While there, I noticed David Yurman was just a few doors down and decided to stop in to see the Madison Chain Bracelet I had been eyeing online. From the moment I walked in, the service was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive.I absolutely love my David Yurman bracelet and truly appreciated how valued and cared for I felt throughout the experience. Louis Vuitton will NOT get another dollar from me. They won’t care but I do and that’s all that matters. Take your money to places that appreciate your business. This location clearly doesn’t give a damn if they are willing to sell you a $500 bracelet with scratches especially during the holidays. The whole store felt like cold transactional vibes and not engaging or authentic. I had way better customer service at the Louis Vuitton at Singapore Airport, which is why I purchased my bag there instead of the States!

  Disappointed in this location. I purchased the LV Fanny pack 5 months ago and there was a slit in the canvas. Went to the store to try and repair it and they told me they can’t do anything about it since I bought the bag in lv in the American dream mall. They told me I would have to go back there and return the bag. Louie Vuitton is louie Vuitton it doesn’t matter where I bought the bag. Traveled about 20 minutes to Louis Vuitton on Greene street and they helped me right away with the upmost respect. This site the manager needs to do better. Horrible customer service here!!!

  I wanted to buy some fragrances for my upcoming birthday especially lmmensite . One of the associates was about to direct me to try some of the fragrances when one employee around interrupted. She said store policy doesn’t allow under 21s unaccompanied by an adult (I’m 20). Checked store policy online it didn’t even say that so she clearly lied. I don’t know I’ if it was discriminatory or she just didn’t want me interrupting to interrupt her conversation with a coworker. Anyways I’m disappointed and never felt so unwelcome at a Louie Vuitton
