I wanted to buy some fragrances for my upcoming birthday especially lmmensite . One of the associates was about to direct me to try some of the fragrances when one employee around interrupted. She said store policy doesnāt allow under 21s unaccompanied by an adult (Iām 20). Checked store policy online it didnāt even say that so she clearly lied. I donāt know Iā if it was discriminatory or she just didnāt want me interrupting to interrupt her conversation with a coworker. Anyways Iām disappointed and never felt so unwelcome at a Louie Vuitton

šØ Extremely Disappointed ā Beware Before You Buy
I spent over $4,000 at Louis Vuitton ā a brand I believed represented quality and honesty. I purchased a $2,200 purse for my wife, another pair of glasses, a wallet, and finally a $750 chain that I was clearly told came with a 1-year warranty.
Fast forward to now: the chain broke after only a few months, and when I returned to the store, I was shocked to be told that āthis particular chain is cheapā and doesnāt come with a warranty.
Cheap? $750 for a chain ā and you call that cheap? This is Louis Vuitton, not a flea market.
To make things worse, no manager was available, and I was left feeling absolutely robbed. The issue isnāt just the chain ā itās the disgusting lack of accountability and deception. Telling a customer a product has a warranty to close a sale, only to deny it later, is completely unacceptable for a so-called luxury brand.
Iāve bought from Louis Vuitton multiple times, but this experience killed my trust. If this is what āluxury serviceā means ā selling ācheapā jewelry with no quality or support ā then LV has completely lost its values.
You donāt sell $750 items and then mock customers by saying theyāre cheap. You either stand behind your products or stop calling yourself a world-class brand.
Still waiting for the manager to call me back ā Iāll update this review if they actually care enough to fix this. But right now?
Louis Vuitton = luxury price, zero ethics.

I visited the Louis Vuitton store in NYC / Brookfield and was very disappointed with the customer service. The sales associate who helped me showed little interest in assisting or engaging. She seemed impatient and unwilling to go the extra mile ā she only showed me a few scarves and wasnāt eager to answer questions or offer alternatives. For a luxury brand like Louis Vuitton, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, product knowledge, and enthusiasm. Unfortunately, the experience did not feel special or welcoming at all.

I love this store! Kamil is my favorite girl! They are always attentive but Kamil always takes care of me. No matter what she makes me feel welcomed! Water.. champagne or top shelf no hesitation. I always leave with a smile after shopping here! My to go to boutique! š

Terrible customer service. Coming from a regular costumer. All other LV Iāve been to have been a magical experience. The store clerks at this shop just never seem to get it right with their customer service. Something went wrong here, and their staff needs to be reevaluated.
