  I Live in Chicago and go to NYC just to shop at the LV store! Blair is the absolute best in the store with so many ppl in the store she gives you the attention like it’s just you and her in there and it doesn’t stop there. She even makes sure i get bags and accessories when I am not in the store and ship them to me. When you go there ask for BLAIR!

  There is a reason LV is number one. Impeccable service from the moment you walk in the door. And they don’t let you leave till both your hands are full of several bags. What could be possibly better than that. I think that is the reason I visit here often. Sometimes more often than I would like to. But e wry visit is saddled with incredible happiness 🤗

  Honestly just returned from a New years and Birthday break and the service was so bad. My mother who is older booked me into the cafe on my birthday Jan 3rd she did this through her American express concierge. However the booking wasn't there when we attended. There was only 2 of us and we explained it was my birthday and we had spent the previous Jan 3rd at your paris cafe (service was outstanding) she looked at us with such disgust and flat out refused to help or look into why there was no booking. I was visibly upset and another lady who wasn’t working on the cafe reception seeing me in tears and hearing the way we were spike to came and asked if I was ok. She said we may get lucky trying later in the week as it was dying down a little after the holidays. We had a couple of hour before our flight so decided to try our luck this was at 1pm Monday 5th (yesterday) a receptionist at the cafe not sure of name but had a coldsore on her lip treated even more appalling than the 1st time! We explained that we had a couple of hours and were happy to wait or even just have seats at the bar she replied that she could sit us at the bar at the time we had told her we were leaving to go to JFK! Almost to rub salt in yet the 1st visit they said they didn't offer seating at the bar. We went next door to Tiffanys where the service, food and drinks were amazing. If you want to be made to feel really bad please visit LV in NYC!!!

  The service at this store was extremely disappointing and made me feel like they don’t care about customers at all. From the moment I was helped, I felt rushed and treated like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The staff clearly seemed focused on moving as fast as possible, as if they were working strictly on commission and just wanted to get to the next sale. I came in to exchange a bracelet and was told it was not possible because I didn’t have a paper copy of the receipt. However, the moment I asked to speak to a manager, suddenly the exchange became possible and they were able to change the size. That inconsistency alone shows how unhelpful and dismissive the initial response was. On top of that, I purchased a cologne and asked about engraving. Instead of assisting me, the associate told me to “come back later,” making it very obvious she wanted to get rid of me quickly to help the next customer. NO GIFT WRAPPING.. Overall, the experience felt rushed, careless, and disrespectful. Luxury pricing should come with luxury service, and this was the complete opposite. Customers should not feel pressured, dismissed, or treated poorly when spending this kind of money. I would not recommend this location based on the service I received.
