I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at this Louis Vuitton store left me feeling so bad that I can’t stay quiet. My wife and I spent a long time in the fragrance area, clearly looking at perfumes and discussing them, and no one approached us. No greeting, no “Can I help you?”, nothing.
What made it worse was watching how quickly an associate rushed over to help another group of customers who walked up to the same perfume section after us. They were immediately welcomed and assisted, while we were completely ignored. It was humiliating and made us feel like we didn’t belong there.
In the end, just like in every other LV store I’ve been to, I did receive help — but only because I had to go and look for someone and ask for assistance. That is the exact opposite of the luxury service this brand claims to offer.
I left feeling extremely offended and disappointed. At this point, I would rather buy perfumes online, blindly, than put myself through that experience again at this or any other Louis Vuitton store.

I visited the new LV Box in New York, and honestly it’s a fun experience. What’s really funny is that the actual Louis Vuitton store is right across the street the LV Box is a completely separate building, designed like a giant piece of luggage. It has multiple floors (three or four), and the whole space is beautiful and modern.
On the top floor, they have the restaurant and the chocolate shop. The experience itself is nice, but the chocolate wasn’t impressive to me. It’s definitely not worth the price I’ve had simple Swiss chocolate that tastes much better. So I wouldn’t recommend going just for the chocolate.
But overall, it’s worth visiting at least once for the experience and to explore the building. If you want to eat at the restaurant, make sure you book a reservation ahead of time. You won’t get a same-day walk-in..

Literally walked around for 20 mins any nobody helped me. When I asked for help with a specific bag the guy said “somebody will have to help you” and turned away from me.

I went to Louis Vuitton to buy a perfume, but the customer service was terrible. The staff were not attentive at all. Even the helper who started assisting me kept leaving to help other clients, and I had to wait a long time for any attention.
When I asked questions about the perfume, they didn’t seem interested or knowledgeable, and the overall attitude felt rude. For a luxury brand like Louis Vuitton, I expected much better service and respect.
The perfume itself wasn’t impressive either — the scent didn’t last long and didn’t feel worth the high price. I left the store feeling disappointed and frustrated.
